    Chemex is my favorite multi-cup coffee method

    Chemex is my favorite morning/multi-cup coffee maker now. Aeropress is my favorite for single cup/latte mixtures.

    I gave it 4 stars because getting the chemex and filters is not enough. You also need to get a scale, preferably one with a timer on it. Just going by the instructions makes mediocre coffee, but if you get the weight and timing correct, it makes fantastic coffee.

    Higher cost of entry than aeropress and slightly more 'difficult' to make a good cup But once you have the right tools, it is a great device!
