Beautiful towels. But not packaged?

These towels are so pretty and made so well. It was such a bummer to open up the box and find them all balled up in the bare box with the other bath items I purchased. They weren’t in any kind of plastic, tissue or wrapping or folded up nicely like you might expect for a quality item. Looked like they were just thrown in the box. I def washed the towels twice before we used them.. Stay safe, y’all.
