El Salvador Santa Rosa Honey Coffee

This deeply sweet, honey processed coffee from the Northern Chalatenango Mountains is one of Onyx' favorite annual offerings. Finca Santa Rosa is owned by their good friend, Jorge Rivera, whom they have been working with for many years. He is considered by many to be the foremost producer (and advocate) for the Pacamara variety, and strictly cultivates it on the Santa Rosa Estate. Concord grape is the most forward note in the cup & starts the journey of this complex flavor profile.
